The photographic exhibition created by the Barceló Foundation in 2016 will arrive in Manacor next July, to raise awareness among the population about the difficulties that other countries in need have in the field of health and preventive actions in health and health care hygiene.
The exhibition brings together 12 large-format black and white photographs, made by Amelia Fornés, responsible for the Farmasol project, in her multiple follow-up trips to the five countries where the project is carried out (Uganda, Ethiopia, Chad, Kenya and Tanzania) and which has, as one of its main objectives, to get medicines to the most disadvantaged populations.
After being exposed in the University Hospital Son Espases, this will be the second public hospital that hosts the traveling exhibition about the solidary project developed in the African continent and already a third one is confirmed: the Regional Hospital of Inca.
