Alisol Project

The Alisol Project (Solidarity Food) was created in 2013 with the aim of providing food aid to people in need in Mallorca.


Through this project we provide fresh produce, mainly fruit and vegetables, to charities that serve various vulnerable groups.


The project is based on our own production at the Son Barceló estate in Felanitx, as well as donations from wholesalers and large food stores. In addition, we have two premises in the Mercapalma facilities and a new refrigerated vehicle to carry out the distribution of the products with the necessary logistics to keep them in the best possible condition.

We assist more than 6.000 beneficiaries weekly

This initiative achieves the annual donation of some 350.000 kg of basic foodstuffs, which the beneficiaries use to achieve a substantial improvement in their diet. The main characteristic of the project is that donations are made weekly with stable quantities throughout the year. The project currently distributes food to 18 organisations in Mallorca, serving more than 6.655 beneficiaries per week.
